The Ale House was opened as a local meeting place and restaurant in Jupiter, Florida in 1988 by Jack and Claire Miller. We have been growing steadily ever since and today we are a privately held company with 38 Ale House Restaurants! With more under construction!

Our focus is for you to enjoy a unique culinary experience, with excellent service, in a New Orleans inspired atmosphere. Our newly rennovated restaurant is perfect for a relaxed, intimate dinner for two, a family dinner, or a party of forty, with two separate dining areas that can accomodate a private party, meeting, rehearsal dinner, church event or other private function.

A Mexican food tradition since 1940 has grown into nearly 100 restaurants, including almost 30 franchise locations. The El Chico story began when Adelaida Cuellar's homemade tamales drew huge crowds at a small county fair in 1926. Her sons opened a cafe in Dallas, following their mother's recipes for enchiladas with chile con carne sauce. Today, El Chico is still serving top-quality Mexican food favorites with fresh new specialties of today.
